If you're looking for an exceptional nanny or caregiver, hire Megan. She's the nanny jackpot, folks! We have had the privilege of working with her since my daughter was 10 months old, and in that time she has consistently gone above and beyond. She helped my daughter work through separation anxiety in a creative and thoughtful way (by creating a sing-song ritual for a child who loves music to ease the separation,) patiently and calmly taught her to drink from a straw, got her to like eggs (miracle!,) tames her unruly hair way better than I ever could, accompanied me on a tense medical visit where my daughter found her to be a tremendous comfort, and too many more examples to mention.
