We hired Katy to watch our 16-month-old granddaughter during a busy family wedding we hosted, and she was wonderful! Our granddaughter is typically shy with new people, but Katy built a great rapport with her right away. Katy kept our little one happy, fed, and entertained despite the chaos, handling everything with patience and genuine care. She went above and beyond, and we felt completely confident leaving our granddaughter in her hands. She was kind, punctual, and communicative.
