My name is Kat! With experience in all ages and abilities, I bring a diverse skill set and genuine passion for childcare to the table! In my current role as a Site Director I run day to day operations of a before and after school program, creating a fun, safe, and structured environment for kids. Leading a team of staff and volunteers, planning and organizing daily activities, and ensure everything is following state childcare guidelines. My time as an Early Preschool teacher has equipped me with CPR and First Aid certifications, ensuring your children's safety is always my top priority. While my time as an Au Pair in China broadened my cultural horizons and taught me invaluable lessons in adaptability and patience. I pride myself on my ability to engage kids in stimulating activities, redirect their energy positively, and create a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
