About Katlin

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively listening and observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my methods to suit your individual needs. I keep sessions engaging by connecting challenging Math and English concepts to your personal interests and celebrating every small success along the way. I believe clear, open communication with both you and your parents is essential for tracking progress and setting expectations. My favorite part of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. Whether we meet online, at the library, or a coffee shop, I look forward to creating a supportive environment where you can thrive. I am truly excited to help you reach your goals!
