30+ years experience, ranging from skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, agency and private duty in home care including Hospice care. My true passion has been in home care as I love becoming a part of the family and I can provide dedicated one on one care. The past 13 years I have mostly provided hospice in home care. This role is very special to me of which I consider a privilege to share this stage of life with my care and the family. I don't shy away from difficult cases, will gladly take on challenges and will welcome any new learning experiences. Fully insured, strong work history and references. ACLS, BLS, Hospice, Wound care, Telemetry and CPR are a few of my certifications. Have many years of experience with all therapies. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Experienced with colostomy, urosity, tube feedings, ventilation, O2 again just a few examples. EOL or Death Doula services available.
