About Katie

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is my passion. With two years of experience, I specialize in supporting elementary students across subjects including Math, English, Science, Computers, and Music & Drama. My approach centers on fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure long-term success. I break down complex concepts into manageable steps, which helps build student momentum and confidence. I believe that consistent communication with parents is vital to building trust and creating a collaborative environment. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a challenging concept finally clicks. I am happy to provide personalized support directly in your home, and I look forward to helping your student grow. I am truly dedicated to making learning an inspiring and rewarding journey for your child.
