Hello! My name is Katie and I'm a licensed Physical Therapist with nearly 15 years of experience working in a hospital setting. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of caring for patients of all ages, but my heart has always been with the senior community. While I will not be providing formal physical therapy services, my medical background allows me to confidently and safely assist seniors with mobility, transfers, and daily activities. I understand how to support physical limitations, prevent falls, and encourage independence in a respectful and compassionate way.
