My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I build trust to connect with care recipients. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, personal care, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. My experience includes ALS, medical technology, pharmacy technology, memory care, dementia, and Parkinson's disease. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone calls. I have CPR and First Aid Training.
