About Katie

Hello! My name is Katie. I currently volunteer at two animal shelters in the St. Louis area as a dog walker. I grew up with Golden retrievers and have been around dogs my whole life, as well. I have owned lizards, snakes, turtles and hamsters. So I am comfortable around most critters. I have lived in apartments for the past 15 years and have owned cats the whole time as well. So I love caring for cats too! I worked at a local doggy daycare for several years where I supervised groups of dogs and made sure they were safe and prevented fights among the dogs. I also dispensed medicine, cleaned up after the dogs and made sure they always had food and water. I have pet sat for many families through the app and family and friend connections.
