Hello, my name is Katie and I'd like to share a little information about myself and where I started my career. I started as a Medical Assistant with experience working at the Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington. I then took a position at Children's Healthcare in Newburyport. Although I enjoyed my time working at these places, I decided it was time for a change. I moved onto a more personal one on one type experience. I chose home health-care. My position included caring for infants from 1 month- up to 7yr old children. My duties included feeding, changing diapers, potty training, dressing, sensory activities, learning activities., playground/parks, and small meals. As for the elderly, duties included dressing, daily meds, bathroom assist., meal prep, driving for errands and Dr. appts. I have 15+ yrs experience with childcare, and for elderly patients 7yrs.
