About Katie

My names Katie and I live in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. I have a lot of experience with pets. Personally I've owned cats, dogs, guinea pigs and a hamster. Also for a while I volunteered at a cat rescue where I worked with a wide variety of cats and cleaned their cages and fed them. I took care of a senior dog that had diabetes and was blind. I have a wide range of experience that makes its easy for me to work many different animals of different abilities. I have a lot of energy and would be very comfortable walking pets or pet sitting. Previous jobs of mine have included daycare teacher, swim instructor, and teaching artist. I feel that this is very relevant cause it show my ability to watch and monitor the safety of individuals.
