As a caregiver with a college degree and one year of experience, I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and assist with mobility. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have CPR Training.
