Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. For the past 14 years, I've been privileged to support their well-being and independence as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My approach is patient, compassionate, and professional, always prioritizing clear communication with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and their preferred methods. I'm experienced in providing respite care, transportation, and hospice services, and I'm adept at managing medications, assisting with mobility, and incorporating memory care activities. I also provide personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I understand the importance of respecting a care recipient's independence, and I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and handling behavioral changes.
