About Katielyn

I started caring for seniors when I was 14 years old, im now 43 years old. I love caring for the elderly. One thing you should know about me is I was raised in the health care field with my mom a cna working at a nursing home 4 doors down, I got my first job at that nursing home at age 14 and I've mainly have worked in health care since, I've been cross trained in many areas, I'm a trained unit coordinator, I was Head activities aide helping run the dept, I feel having knowledge of the activities would be really helpful with caring for my clients because I gained so many skills that just make my clients day go by fast and having a good time My skills include Bathing/showers, feeding, medication help, incontinence care, hoyer lift, mechanical sitting chair lifts, catheter care, nail care, bed bound care, memory care, dementia care and many more.
