I partially went through the interview process with Elisabeth as she seemed like an extremely promising candidate and I had narrowed down my possible choices to 5 people. I was a bit put off that she does not have a photo posted but I looked beyond that as she has an excellent profile and a lot of skills. Her background checks came back clear but I repeatedly asked her what I ask everyone which is to email me her resume and three professional references (as well as a photo as she did not have one), she never responded which was very disappointing.
