About Katie

From a young age, I've felt drawn to nurturing children and playing a part in their blossoming. For the past three years, I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I have a bachelors degree in biomedical sciences and minored in both psychology and human development/family science. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR Training and work part time as a medical assistant in a pediatric clinic. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, and while I can't be a drill sergeant, I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. Ultimately, I want to be a positive influence in your children's lives and a reliable support for your family.
