About Kathy

I have known Kathy well over 10 years. I do know and remember that Kathy is a very loyal worker, in that if she tells you she will do something, she will get it done. She is a very compassionate and caring person. Always putting the residents needs first. She is a team player, but does not get caught up in the day to day drama a lot of workers often do. Kathy was always looking to better herself, and willing to take on extra tasks if ask. Kathy has had some personal medical issues in the past and I found that she not only worked had to overcome them personally, but that those issue also helped her to relate to a lot of the residents issues first hand because she had once been there herself. She left our company back then because she was moving. If I had the need, I would hire her back with no questions ask.
