Michelle is so amazing with my son. Let me start by saying, my son (1 years old) usually has to warm up to caregivers and even after that it does not work out sometimes. Immediately upon meeting Michelle, he reached for her to hold him. This is unheard of for him. He loves playing with her. She is flexible and a great communicator. She will work with you to give the care you want. She's great with pets and cleaning too!
