Hi there! My name is Kathryn, and I've been teaching in Brooklyn for the last 6 years. Most of my experience is in Elementary school, specifically 3rd grade, but I have also worked closely with middle and high school age students while working at an art camp over the summer. I really enjoy camp because I love being in nature, working with passionate and excited kids, and spending time at the lake as a Red Cross certified lifeguard. I'm now looking for a chance to form a meaningful partnership with a family as a full-time, live out nanny. I'd love to use my experience in early childhood education to support childrens' development and help them to explore their interests. I'm ideally looking for a 40-hour work week at a rate of $25. While I do not yet have any reviews on Care, I am happy to provide references for my professional experience.
