About Rachel

Hi! I'm Rachel, a 29 y/o caregiver with over 15 years of child care experience. I'm a Southern MD native, and just recently moved back to the area after spending the last four years living in NYC. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Communications from Towson University in 2020, and outside of childcare, I enjoy a variety of creative hobbies, including music and painting. I also grew up playing a variety of sports, primarily soccer, so I enjoy spending time outdoors and being active. I believe in following each family's unique parenting style and expectations when it comes to routines, discipline, and household rules. Safety is always my top priority. I also believe children thrive when they're given the freedom to learn, create, and explore in a secure, supportive environment. I strive to be patient, present, and engaged, balancing kindness and empathy with clear boundaries. I hope to connect with you!
