About Melissa

Hi! I'm a caring, dependable caregiver with several years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants through school-age. I've spent years babysitting and nannying for families, worked in a daycare supporting children at every developmental stage, and currently substitute teach in local school systems. These experiences have helped me become patient, adaptable, and confident in a variety of caregiving environments. I truly enjoy building strong, trusting connections with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and comfortable being themselves. I'm attentive to routines, communication, and individual needs, and I strive to make each child feel seen and valued. Outside of childcare, I enjoy dancing, reading, crafting, roller skating, and thrifting, and I love bringing creativity, play, and curiosity into my time with kids when appropriate.
