About Kathryn

Hello perspective family, my name is Kathryn. I am a former pediatric nurse with NICU experience, working as a nanny because it is what I love. I have been working with children since I was 12 years old, and still love to go to work. I am laid back and easy going, but also can discipline when needed. I love all ages, but I am especially comfortable with infants due to my NICU experience. Once they reach 4 to 6 months old, I love to start getting them out to experience the world. This may include a music class at a local church, an age appropriate story time at the library, trips to the park or the Children's Museum, going on play dates, getting together with other nannies and their children, or running errands for mom and dad. I strongly believe that offering stimulating opportunities is important for growth an development even at a very young age.
