About Kathleen

Hi! My name is Kate and in addition to professional childcare experience, I am the proud mother of five adult children and am currently helping raise my granddaughter, which keeps me actively engaged in the day-to-day joys and responsibilities of caring for a child. I have completed First Aid and CPR training. I enjoy creating engaging experiences for children of all ages-from infants to pre-teens-through outdoor play, board games, crafts, and educational activities. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I'm very comfortable maintaining structure and enforcing household rules when needed. I communicate openly with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and text messages to ensure everyone stays informed. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and fun craft projects. Supporting families and making a positive impact in children's lives is very important to me, and I am comfortable caring for up to five children. Thank you for considering my application!
