About Kathleen

I have a wealth of information on health and wellness. From a young age, I embraced the importance of balancing/monitoring carbs, eating protein, fresh vegetables, and fruit with food that is organic, non-GMO, grass-fed, and often gluten-free. I love doing jigsaw puzzles, art, sewing, playing cards, reading, painting-just being active and creative in ways that make others smile and feel loved. I'm also fond of nature and enjoy spending time outdoors. As a homeschool teacher/tutor, I've helped clients on Care since 2017, but feel blessed to help with senior care, too. Most of my CARE reviews are in the tutoring section, but reflect my character and interaction with others. I have a positive, caring, compassionate personality with a belief system they reflects high morals, values, & empathy, I'm single, healthy, and exercise regularly. I take iodine, iron, quercetin, zinc, vitamin C, D, daily to support a strong immune system. I'm never sick :-) CPR certified 3 times.
