Some that are GF (gluten-free), and can even be frozen for convenience?: GF apple/blueberry scones, bacon/cheese quiche, omelets, GF flatbread (almond/oat flour, meat, cheese, carrots, banana peppers), chicken enchiladas, beef tacos, steamed veggies and salads, home-made applesauce and broth, to name a few. Did you know that apples are one of the healthiest fruits? Wait till you taste my apple pie!
