Our first interaction with Kathleen left us feeling hopeful that we found our match. Her credentials of running a daycare & tutoring made her stand out. We appreciate that she was organized and thorough in providing her background details that demonstrated her past experience in childcare. She has been flexible and accommodating to the minor adjustments in our kid's school & extra activities. Our 2 children (8 & 9), have staggered dismissals which is a challenge coordinating their pick up. To add, my son has martial arts twice weekly & our daughter has dance once per week. Kathleen arrived early at the school the first day to understand the traffic and parking situation easing our "first day" jitters. With school holidays & early dismissals, Kathleen has continued to bless us with her thoughtfulness and flexibility to work within the schedule that we originally agreed. She is responsive, honest, punctual and best of all, great with my kids. We would highly recommend her as a caregiver.
