About Kathleen

I have been employed with the Department of Children and Families for over 30 years. I have worked directly with children for many of those years. I am an experienced parent having raised two children to adulthood. When our kids were younger, we partnered with other families in the neighborhood to share parenting responsibilities for before, and after school care as well as carpooling for activities, such as sports and scouting. I was a den leader in scouting for over seven years when my children were involved in Cub Scouts. I continue to help as a leader in the Boy Scouts as well, and followed through even after my boys achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. This commitment was absolutely to all the boys in our scouting community. I have been a caregiver for elderly for the past 5 years. I am available in the evening, overnight and on weekends. I am a non-smoker, I am comfortable with pets, and I have reliable transportation. I am reliable, safe, and a nurturing Caregiver.
