Hi! My name is Katie, and I'm currently in nursing school with a strong passion for working with kids-especially after absolutely loving my time on the pediatric unit. I'm CPR certified and have years of experience caring for children in a variety of settings. I've previously worked through Care. com with a family of two kids for 9 months and really enjoyed building that relationship. My experience with children goes back to high school, from volunteering at children's hospitals, to being a camp counselor, to caring for pediatric patients during my clinical rotations in the hospital. I'm comfortable with different ages and love being a calm, fun, and dependable presence.
