Hi! I'm Kat, a certified Reading Specialist with over 15 years of experience helping students become confident, successful readers. I specialize in structured literacy and use an Orton-Gillingham-based approach to support students with dyslexia, reading difficulties, and those who need extra support in phonics, decoding, fluency, spelling, and reading comprehension. I currently work as a Reading Specialist in a public school and provide personalized, engaging lessons tailored to each child's unique needs. My goal is to build both strong reading skills and confidence in every student. I offer both in-person and virtual tutoring for elementary and middle school students.
