My name is Katherine and I have had/ cared for dogs my entire life. I fostered dogs for the 4 years I was in college, caring for sick, abused, elderly dogs (the list goes on and on). I owned a reactive dog for 8 years before his passing. I am a part time restaurant worker and am looking to supplement my schedule with dog walking and pet-sitting.

Katherine is a caring and competent caregiver and has been regularly taking care of my two children for 11+ years. She is kind and creative, and the kids always have a great time baking or doing a fun art or craft project with her. I feel completely comfortable with her driving my children and taking them on fun outings. She is calm and confident in emergency situations, I know this because she once had to evacuate my children from a building in which an armed and mentally unstable man had an altercation with the police. What could have been a dangerous and frightening event for my children was a non-event for them. She alerted me to the situation as soon as the children were out of harm's way, and everything was taken care of. She's also a lifeguard and has also provided my daughter with swimming lessons. You can rest assured that your children are in excellent hands with Katherine, or as my kids call her Kathereenie.
