I am currently a preschool teacher working with littles ages 12 to 24 months here in Lafayette. I truly love children and especially enjoy working with toddler and preschool age children. I have a background in psychology and previously worked as a child therapist. I also have experience working with children on the spectrum and with other developmental disabilities. I love building relationships and genuine connections with the families I work with, and provide a calm, grounded presence for kiddos. I let them know their feelings are okay and I am always there for them. I enjoy playing outside, being creative and doing art together and reading books. I love to see the world through a child's eyes- reminding me to appreciate the small things- like seeing an airplane or a bug!

Would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend Erin as she is an amazing nanny who will care for your children like they are her own. I found her to be incredibly genuine and a natural with our 4 year old son. She is calm, knowledgeable, flexible, and prompt. My husband and I always felt very comfortable leaving our son in her care. She was open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how I would like my son to be cared for, yet still offered her advice based on her experience when watching his development. Would have kept her on longer if I could. Truly a diamond in the rough!
