About Katherine

Hi there! I'm an experienced early childhood educator with over 20 years under my belt ready to be more than just a babysitter/nanny and looking to work no more than 15 - 20 hours a week. With my Early Childhood degree I can offer structured, age appropriate activities to keep your little ones engaged while they learn and develop fine and large motor skills. For the past four years I've worked as a lead teacher in Parkland for a PK3 class but I have experience caring for infants up to adolescent age. I have worked in daycare settings, lab schools and nursery schools. I've also had experience working with special needs children in an inclusion preschool program in CT, ages 4 to 5. I am fluent in Spanish and have a family of my own with two kids ages 19 and 25. Thanks for reading!
