Kate is caring, patient and dependable. We recently hired her as an afternoon nanny for our 5 yo, who is also autistic. Occasionally she also watches our second child, 8 yo during the week. She is quick to respond and 100% reliable, my shy kids warmed up her immediately and really love her.
