About Justice

Hello! My name is Justice and I am a former teacher and childcare provider. I mainly worked with Infants and Young Toddlers. I'm passionate about creating a safe environment for the development of young minds. My journey in caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for building strong bonds with children and fostering their growth. My patient and friendly nature creates a warm and welcoming environment for the little ones in my care. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide written daily reports or updates via text or phone call, whichever method they prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. My approach to playtime is diverse, ranging from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that make learning fun and engaging!
