About Kate

I've had the joy of working as an elementary school paraeducator, visual arts library assistant and mentor in a high school, early learning center volunteer, as well as in a one-on-one reading program for unhoused children. I can help with childcare, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry; it is a deep honor to nurture, draw, and read with children. Some more about my background: I have served as a longterm volunteer in a poetry festival, intern in a book arts and printmaking studio, as well as a research assistant. In school, I've studied creative writing, psychology, literature, and the visual arts.
