About Kate

As a K-5 teacher, I have experience with many different types of learners. I appreciate collaboration between family, students, and I to make clear, measurable goals. I form strong relationships with high expectations for students! I'd describe my personality as ambitious, conscientious, and social. I like tutoring because I enjoy seeing the confidence of students grow. Every student has a unique set of skills and set of needs. I enjoy finding what works and what sticks. I'm looking for a job for the summer. I am looking for strong communication with families and clear expectations. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside, lift, cooking, baking, and new art projects!
