About Katelyn

I graduated from ASU in 2021 with a bachelors degree in Family and Human Development. However, my passion for children started far before obtaining this. While in high school, I began nannying. My first encounter with licensed childcare occurred during my freshman year. I participated in a child study lab on campus for preschoolers. This opened up the door to 3 years of working within licensed childcare/ daycare settings. I eventually transitioned into a position as a residential assistant. The group homes had children ranging from two to 18. Once I graduated, I found my passion as a Lead Child Care Specialist at an outpatient facility that housed pregnant mothers in recovery. In this position, I was lead over a child development center, taught parenting classing, and was an infant teacher. I am currently looking for an easy going environment as I finish out the last 6 months of my pregnancy. I would love to be apart of your little ones journey.
