About Kara
Experience: 10 yrs
I started babysitting at age 11 after being told I was too young by my mother. I found a family at church, approached them about work, and they said yes. I was with them for several years, and through the birth of their second child. I worked in a daycare for two years where I gained insurmountable experience and knowledge with children ages 2 - 13, and in groups up to 15. From there I was a nanny for a family with a kindergartner until circumstances allowed for the mother to stay home with her and the new baby. I moved out of the city for school, and found several families in my area. For 2 years I worked with a family of 4: ages 5, 3, 14 months and 3 months and I love what I do.
