With two years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I empower students to develop critical thinking skills by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting topics to their personal interests. I assess individual learning styles through active observation and by varying my strategies, whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or open dialogue. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications to ensure a safe environment. I believe clear communication is the foundation of a successful partnership between students, parents, and myself. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks.
