About Katelyn

I can't say enough lovely things about Katie. She is always punctual and has been super flexible (staying back late on very little notice if I'm kept back at work) She made a point of hugging our girls the first moment she met them - they absolutely love her and are always asking when she is coming back next! She is a pleasure to be around and makes me feel confident that our girls will be cared for. She texts each day to keep the lines of communication open - double checking with me about my expectations and keeping me posted about what the kids are up to. When I come home, the kids are fed and genuinely happy, the kitchen is clean, and Katie's phone is nowhere in sight...she is WITH my kids and spending quality time with them - from drawing with them, to teaching them to hula hoop, to being cuddled up on the sofa with them. I simply can't fault her.
