About Katelyn

Hi families! I hold a Master's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota (May 2026) and a B. S. in Child Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience (May 2022). I have over 5 years of teaching/child care experience and love helping children learn and grow! I'm looking to focus my skills on PreK-5th grade tutoring (especially reading and writing) or short, structured daily care like school drop-offs and pick-ups. Because I manage some chronic medical challenges that limit my physical stamina, I thrive in these lower-impact, highly-focused roles where I can fully dedicate my energy to your child's education and mental well-being without the heavy physical demands of full-day active care. In my care, you can expect someone who values each child's uniqueness, remains calm under pressure, and loves finding creative ways to learn. I'm tidy, organized, and excited to help your child succeed!
