About Kate

Hi my Name is Kate! I am 24 years old, with 7 years of experience teaching preschool and providing child care. I am so excited to begin my journey in becoming a nanny! I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them learn and grow. It makes my heart fill with joy when I see children playing and having fun. I'm looking for a job where I can build a strong and trustworthy relationship, not only with the child but with the family as well. I started babysitting when I was 12 years old. Ever since then I discovered a passion for working with children and later on decided to start teaching preschool, after having graduated high school and getting my teaching certificate. In my spare time, I love to sing in my church choir or even just throughout my day, hang out with my friends and family, and spend time with my lovely fiancé. My skills include teaching through music, coming up with messy arts and crafts, and fostering a safe and loving environment.
