About Kate

I am an ex-NCAA student athlete and current student studying psychology and economics. I've been babysitting for 8 years and have nearly 3 years of experience as a toddler, preschool, and after-school teacher at Avila Child Care in Chelsea. I've also coached youth soccer and volunteered as a reading tutor in local elementary schools. I love working with kids of all ages (especially the littles!) and am happy to help with meals, housekeeping, carpooling, or travel. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have taken early childhood development courses, and speak English, German, and Spanish. I'm also tidy, organized, and an animal lover!
