About Kate

Hi, I'm Kate! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pace University's honors college with a degree in acting and a minor in early childhood education. I got my International Baccalaureate diploma in high school and scored in the top 1% on the SAT. I have specific knowledge about the IB program and SAT prep for teens. On the other end, I have experience working with kids as young as 2/3, working on emergent reading and math. I am most qualified to tutor in english, math up until advanced algebra/ pre-calculus, history, and writing (essay feedback, etc). I have previously been a nanny and love working with kids. I want to create an environment where your child is excited to go to tutoring, feels supported, and is able to grow. I look forward to hearing from you!
