I'm passionate about supporting kids through their emotional development through empathic boundaries that make them feel safe and validated. I'm warm, patient, goofy, creative, musical, Buddhist, and a nature enthusiast! I prefer to communicate with parents digitally (texts or app). I'm happy to update parents throughout the day, though I prefer to limit my screen time when I'm with kids, so it's a balance! If issues arise I always reach out immediately In terms of household rules-I'm comfortable enforcing soft structure boundaries (something predictable + something connecting + something regulating, ask me more about it!) I'm not comfortable with punishments, time outs, or telling children to stop crying. My approach is child led so I like to tailor the activities we do to the kiddo's interests/developmental needs.
