Jazzy is warm, energetic, and strikes the perfect balance between nurturing and firm (which any toddler parent can appreciate). She's out exploring the city with my daughter every single day regardless of weather and really engages with her. She also has a beautiful voice and sings with her regularly. My 1.5-year-old adores her. Most importantly, I always feel my daughter is completely safe and genuinely loved in Jazzy's care. You can tell she doesn't just do this as a job—she truly loves kids
