About Kassidy

Hello families! Currently I'm a student at the University of Illinois in my junior year. I am on the Pre-medicine track and will be minoring in Child Health and Wellness in my undergrad! I started working with children in my sophomore year of high school in child development. I received my Early Childhood 1 credential during my junior year and went on to work as assistant teacher at 2 preschools for 3-4 years now. Children have always had a special place in my heart. I love caring for them and getting to be apart of their journey as they learn new things and have new fun experiences! I have my mandated reporter certification as well as CPR. I have worked with children from infant stages through 6 years of age! Work never feels like work when it involves them! I am actually looking to go into pediatrics after medical school so any experience I get to build with children is very meaningful to me. A fun fact is I'm also looking to become a licensed doula sometime in the near future!
