About Karrie

I have an Associate's Degree in Child Development and over 30 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. Throughout my career I have worked as a Lead Teacher, professional nanny with local agencies, and a paraprofessional supporting children with special needs. I provide a nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can learn, grow, and feel safe. I create weekly lesson plans designed to support each child's developmental stage and provide families with six-month developmental reviews to keep parents informed of their child's progress. I have extensive experience supporting children with special needs and believe every child deserves individualized attention and encouragement to reach their full potential. I live in Burnsville, Minnesota with my husband of 25 years, and I truly love working with young children and supporting families.
