I initiated my home care career by assisting a friend with landscaping for one of his clients. When the client approached me to care for his wife, I immediately agreed. She had been wheelchair-bound due to childhood polio, and our relationship evolved into a nearly two-year care provider role. Unfortunately, her dementia progressed, necessitating a move to a nursing home. Shortly after I was approached by my friend's mother to care for one of her clients, which I accepted. I spent a year assisting with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, as well as accompanying her to grocery stores and medical appointments. I was subsequently hired by my current employer, with whom I have been working for the past seven years, handling all day-to-day tasks, including medication management, cleaning, companionship, appointments, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. currently have availability in the mornings from 7 a.m. till 11:30
