Hi there! I'm Karol -- a dedicated caregiver with over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. My journey began supporting children with Down Syndrome an experience that shaped my deep patience, compassion and understanding of each child's unique needs. Over the years, I've worked in daycare centers and private homes, caring for infants, toddlers, and newborns. Infant care has become one of my strongest specialties -- feeding, soothing, establishing routines, supporting developmental milestones and creating a calm, loving environment. I believe in nurturing through connection: reading, singing, gentle play and engaging the child's curiosity. I'm reliable, warm and able to blend into a family's routine with ease. My background in psychology gives me an extra layer of awareness when it comes to children's emotional needs, behaviors and developmental stages.
